Tziavas Plumbing Heating & Gas Fitting

Tziavas Plumbing Heating & Gas Fitting is a Belmont, Massachusetts company serving residential, commercial, and industrial customers with plumbing, heating, and gas-fitting work. Its website says the family-owned business has more than 30 years of experience, offers 24/7 emergency response, and is run by Aris Tziavas; the state registry lists Aris as the holder of active Massachusetts plumber license 13227-PL-M. The public review history is thin: Google shows two ratings, with one written review. On June 24, 2026, a reviewer criticized a driver for stopping in the middle of a Waltham crossroad during rush hour and added that they hoped the plumbing work was better. That comment is about road conduct, not a described plumbing job, so it should not be read as a workmanship finding. The company says it works across residential, commercial, and industrial settings and identifies heating alongside plumbing. It also describes certified service technicians and certified boiler installers, while its website lists the Wirsbo Home Comfort Team program as an affiliation. Ask who will handle the job, what emergency response covers, and how the current team approaches traffic and arrival logistics. This is a fit to discuss for plumbing or heating work when the scope matches. Confirm the active licence details and the service plan before scheduling, especially for an emergency call.
