USA Group Construction works out of Woburn, and "Junior" is the name in more than half the reviews: the owner, who the company's site says does all the jobs himself. Roofing is the bulk of the work, with siding and gutters alongside it, residential and commercial. The company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #188299, is active on the state registry in its own name, and its Better Business Bureau page is an A+, accredited since 2022. How long it has been going depends where you look — its own site says over two decades on one page and over 10 years on another. Google sits at 5.0 across 25 ratings, Angi at 4.8 across 13. A May 2026 customer had a roof replaced on their building and called the price reasonable; another that month had siding and gutters installed. A repeat customer writing in May 2026 has had many roofing jobs done across their properties, asphalt and rubber both, and said the crew left the places cleaner than they found them. The more unusual jobs are worth knowing about. In an April 2022 review, the owners of a Victorian in the historic part of town described a new roof, new gutters and a custom chimney cap built for a three-flue chimney, all done to the historic commission's design requirements. Another April 2022 customer had moss scraped off the roof and the surface treated to stop it coming back, plus repairs from squirrel damage. A May 2022 Angi reviewer said the company responded immediately to an emergency and fixed it without taking advantage. A 2023 customer who had used them for a flat roof, siding and then a rubber roof said each job came in as per the original estimate. Two things to raise up front. A December 2025 customer who was otherwise happy — the price reasonable, the problem identified — said the communication could be better. And back in 2018, a reviewer who got their roof done inside five days marked the company down for having to mail a check rather than pay online, so ask what payment methods they take now. A sound choice for a shingle or rubber roof, a flat roof, or siding and gutters in Woburn and the towns it lists nearby — Arlington, Burlington, Lexington, Stoneham. Get the estimate in writing, and settle who will update you once the crew is booked.
