Its Better Business Bureau profile names Jared Grier and Laura Wood as partners, puts the staff at 14, and carries an A+ grade. On Google the company averages 5 stars across 410 ratings, with written reviews running from 2023 into this summer. More than half of those reviews name the technician who turned up — Blake, Mike, Zack and Tyler, Brett — usually next to a line about what he explained. One customer called late on a Thursday afternoon in July 2026 and had the crew working by 1 p.m. Friday, with a text when they were on the way. In May 2026 another described being rescued from a bad experience with a different firm: the installer their general contractor picked was not knowledgeable about the heat pump system it had put in, and many service calls brought no results. On r/CapeCod, commenters in 2024 and 2025 recommended the company under its old name — one simply wrote, "jared and team are excellent." Two recent reviews cut the other way. A July 2026 caller with a frozen mini-split remote said the technicians could not work out what was wrong and suggested buying a new remote, and the visit fee was still charged.
