Elite Gutters

Elite Gutters is a family-owned gutter contractor based in Peabody, working gutter replacement, cleaning, exterior trim and some roofing across Greater Boston and Southern New Hampshire. The company, led by Tom along with crew members named Kevin, Mike and Ronnie in reviews, says it has served the area since 2016 on its home page and describes its "inception" as 2017 on its about page. The review volume here is substantial: 146 reviews from 2023 to 2026, with 23 reviews and no negative feedback in the last six months alone. What stands out is how often the same customers, and even other contractors, come back — several homeowners describe using Elite for multiple projects over a couple of years or longer, one general contractor says he uses them on every project because they never have to come back for repairs, and a roofing contractor referred a client directly to Tom's crew for copper gutters after finishing a shingling job. Specific work described in 2025 and 2026 reviews includes a complicated large-scale gutter installation, half-round copper gutters in two colors with hidden fasteners on a challenging-access job, replacing old wood gutters with aluminum, and fascia and trim repair alongside new seamless gutters. The crew is also called out repeatedly for ice dam and snow removal in winter emergencies — one review from a village association thanks the crew for an overnight emergency response during a critical winter situation. The record isn't spotless: a December 2025 review started at two stars over a signed contract that wasn't followed up on, though the owner called back within an hour, apologized, and had a crew out the next morning to finish the job — the reviewer's own update describes the crew as professional and the outcome as resolved. For gutter work — installation, cleaning, repair, or winter ice-dam emergencies — in the Peabody and Greater Boston area, Elite Gutters has one of the deeper, more consistently positive review histories of any gutter contractor in the region, backed by repeat business from both homeowners and other contractors.
