Against that, one 2024 review describes an instructor who "constantly rambles off topic," and a 2021 review calls the course-registration website outdated and hard to use. The company is also listed on Angi and HomeAdvisor as offering Massachusetts and New Hampshire Master Lead Inspector / Risk Assessor work, and its own site names lead paint inspection, asbestos consulting and radon testing among its services — but neither directory shows an actual customer review of that inspection work, so there's nothing written here to judge that side of the business by, only the classroom side. A solid call for an asbestos, lead-paint or OSHA certification class in the Wilmington area. If you're hiring them specifically for a lead paint or radon inspection rather than a course, it's worth asking directly about that work, since the reviews on file don't speak to it.
