My husband and I signed a contract with your company for an exterior painting project that was expected to be completed within two weeks; however, the work remains unfinished. The owner, Danison, sent three family members with little to no apparent painting experience to perform most of the work and only visited the property twice to supervise the project. Throughout the job, we raised multiple concerns regarding the quality of the workmanship and were repeatedly assured that the house would look better once the project was completed, but the issues remain unresolved. When we requested a plan to address these concerns and move the project forward, the crew packed up their equipment and left the property. Since then, we have received no communication regarding completion of the work. We are requesting a prompt response with a plan and timeline to complete the project and correct the workmanship issues, as we do not want our home left in worse condition than it was before the project began.
