It is hard to express how very happy we were with the work of Pav and his team. As I say to everyone who admires my new kitchen and home office "Have you ever heard of a contractor who came in on budget and finished on time?" Well, that is what Pav did.
All the work that his team did was high quality. Everything was installed and finished meticulously.
Best of all, Pav was a dream to work with. If I ever wanted something changed (usually because I changed my mind) he would accomodate me with a smile and no extra charge, unless the materials were more expensive.
It was a five-month project, and at no point was I less than happy with the work and communication.
As you can see, I don't post many reviews, but Pav's excellent work needs to be called out.

Pav and his team are 11/10. We presented Pav our architectural plans and they went above and beyond in building our home. All of the people he worked with were of great quality and he and his team are exceptionally organized and came in on budget. I would recommend for any home work and new home construction on the Cape.

His architect was fast, efficient and on target and his terrific project manager ensures that there is no drama. Pav tore down the old house, preserving then adding to the foundation, helped us design and then build a new custom home.
He and his team did top quality work and got things done on time. His design suggestions were excellent, his subs were excellent. Now 2.5 years later he has addressed the few minor issues that arose promptly and fully. So highest rating.
