Our service was a video inspection of the inlet pipe to the septic tank. TJ was an excellent communicator and had me appreciate what I was seeing during the video inspection. He followed up - on Labor Day Weekend!! - with the link to the video so my hubby could see it. He was respectful of the property and understood that marking the area for future excavation was paramount. Even though it is bad news that we have to replace our inlet pipe to the septic tank, his work allowed us to visualize the entire pipe and to be spared from breaching the foundation of our home. He did not charge us extra for having to find/dig the access point, which is a distinct location from where we had the tank pumped the day previous to his inspection. His price point is excellent. I would 100% recommend his services. Cute name of the business, too, which brought back memories of our late great Bloodhound named Sherlock 🔎

TJ was on time. He answered all my questions and explained all he was doing. He provided prompt report and video of septic tank and leach field. He did all of the shoveling and cleaned up after. He provided measurements of locations of D-box and pipes.
