SRC Heating & Cooling

SRC Heating & Cooling is a Hyannis-based HVAC contractor; the company says it handles heating, air conditioning and refrigeration installation, maintenance, repair and emergency service across Cape Cod, the Islands and the South Shore. Its About page says Sergio Calle founded it in 2019 and runs it as owner and technician. A recent customer said Sergio got their central air running quickly. A recent customer who had been told "we do not do that" elsewhere about a broken dehumidifier said Sergio came in less than a week and set them up with a new unit that pumps out. A recent customer described fast completion of their heat pump installation. A 2024 customer said Sergio was on the job within 20 minutes when their walk-in freezer was going warm, and that he "fixed the motor on the condenser unit within the hour" before new parts were ordered for a damaged fan blade. A 2024 customer said the company replaced their condenser with a 3-ton York and the air handler, in a two-day job that extended to three days. A 2022 customer said Sergio and his company removed an old air conditioning system and forced hot air furnace and installed more efficient systems in a few days. The company holds 5 stars from 81 Google ratings and 4.3 stars from 12 HomeAdvisor ratings. A 2023 HomeAdvisor customer said a serviceman reported a leak in their heat pump during a checkup and the bill for the service call, refill and labor was over $900. That 2023 customer said the gas leaked out again within 2 weeks, no one from SRC called back, and another company fixed the unit.
