The Bright Painters, run out of Brighton by Cesar Santos and Jose Orellana, has a review history where nearly every account mentions Cesar by name — homeowners across Boston's western suburbs describe him personally walking projects from estimate to final walkthrough. The company's website says it's been in business 14 years and takes on about 70 projects a year, doing interior and exterior painting plus power washing, siding, drywall, and tile and flooring work within about 20 miles of Brighton. Reviews from 2021 through 2026 describe jobs that go well beyond a simple repaint: a full house renovation that began in early 2023 and let the new owners move in on schedule, exterior carpentry and shingle repair alongside painting, bathroom and kitchen tile work, and sanded floors. One 2025 review describes Cesar's crew painting interiors and exteriors across three condo units during a larger window-replacement project while also taking on a neighbor's bathroom renovation. Several clients are repeat customers — one rehired the company for a second home, another calls Bright Painters their "go-to" for painting and other trades going forward — and multiple reviews mention the crew protecting floors carefully and finishing ahead of schedule. There's nothing negative in the written record to flag. For a homeowner near Brighton who needs painting paired with the carpentry, tile, or plaster work an older house often needs alongside it, The Bright Painters is worth a call.
César and his team are a class act. They were on time each day and completed the work with an incredible amount of care and respect. It’s hard to find a team of this caliber these days. They were very methodical and covered the floors of the property - with not even a drop of paint anywhere. César is a good listener and absolute professional. Gracias senior!
Ceasar and team did an amazing job on my house improvement project. They painted the inside, finished the garage, and upgraded the lighting and electrical. The results look fantastic, everything feels fresh and beyond my expectations. Caesar was very accommodating, worked around my schedule, and made sure I was happy with every detail. The pricing was reasonable for the high quality of work. I highly recommend Bright Painters and Caesar for any home project.
Cesar and his crew put in more effort than i expected and really got my house back in shape. I had some severe wear problems that were uncovered and they were able to handle the repairs without a problem. The end result is beautiful and all the attention they gave my house is really appreciated.
Cesar recently painted the interior and exterior windows of 3 units of our condo building during a large window replacement project and also completed a bathroom renovation for one of our neighbors. He came highly recommended, so I requested a quote for some painting, plaster and trim work in my studio unit. The quote was very reasonably priced and I would have used his services, but ended up selling the unit “as is”. Cesar is personable, timely and seemed to be easy to work with. I would recommend you request a quote from him if you have any renovation or repair needs.
We had the pleasure of working with The Bright Painters to paint the interior and exterior of a large windows replacement project in our condominium association. They were professional, easy to work with, and just overall lovely people. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. We recommend them highly.
