Matt and Adam came out to repair my AC and to give my HVAC system a overall cleaning and checkup. They were very professional and pleasant to deal with. Great experience. It should be noted that this was the first service call and cleaning on my system which Matt had installed 15 years ago. I would call that quality workmanship.
Called this place when they were recommended on the Suffield forum and no one else would even get back to me. They were extremely busy but were able to get to me first thing in the morning on a Saturday! They fixed the issue and explained everything to me. Thank you so much!!
Mike the technician spent two hours total charge me for 2 1/2 he had to get a 2 inch PVC elbow 110 foot section of pipe and he only used a couple feet charge me $80 cleaning a gas furnace and putting on a small piece of PVC and an elbow $571 when I questioned it he was very condescending and hostile and hung up on me
